Start with your account

Create an account at instantclicks.net, verify your email, and choose a plan. The monthly plan is $9.99 for the first month, then $19.99 per month until canceled. A one-time month costs $19.99 and does not renew. Current allowances are 50 question attempts per UTC day and 750 per rolling 30 days.

Open the extension, choose Sign in or create account, and approve the matching connection code on the website. Return to the extension, choose your iClicker tab, review the processing disclosure, and click Open panel.

Set up your classroom

The location setup guide shows how to copy coordinates from Google Maps, enter Latitude and Longitude, and choose Save & use. Use only where permitted by your course rules.

Tap Left Alt on your iClicker tab to hide or reopen the helper while it is running. Use Turn off to stop watching completely.

Common fixes

• Account in use: one internet connection can use an account at a time. Stop the extension and close account pages on the previous connection, then wait five minutes. Multiple tabs on the same connection are allowed.
• Sign-in approved but disconnected: reopen the extension popup. Confirm you approved its matching code. If necessary, sign out of the extension and connect it again.
• Location or images disconnected: open Location and choose Reconnect location & images. Closing Chrome’s debugging notice disconnects these features.
• Forgot your password: use Forgot password on the account sign-in page and follow the email-code instructions.
• A page update isn’t showing: refresh your iClicker tab and reopen the helper. Extension updates pause an active watching session.

Your 1-day free trial

Before your first purchase, open Billing and choose Start my free day. Complete the $0 Stripe checkout; no card is required. Your 24 hours start when checkout is verified, and access ends automatically without a charge or renewal. Each account can use one free trial. The standard daily and rolling-month question limits apply during the trial and carry forward when you buy a plan.

You can choose a paid plan during or after the trial. A purchase starts your paid period immediately. The trial does not use your introductory first-month price or first-purchase promotion eligibility.

Billing and account requests

Open your account to manage your subscription and payment details through Stripe. Canceling renewal retains access through the paid period. Uninstalling the extension does not cancel billing. Email support for payment questions, refund requests, or account-data requests.
